This quote means that you shouldn't say something to someone if it isn't nice. In other words if you are saying something that is going to "put someone down you shouldn't say. I think it is very good that the movie producers included this in a chilren's movie so they can learn at a young age that it isn't nice to "talk down" to someone. Even though the children will probably have to have help to understand what it means. I also think it is a good quote because it teaches even adults to be polite to one-another.
